Return & Refund Policy

At APPT 4, we want you to feel confident when shopping for sports and fitness products. This policy explains when returns, exchanges, and refunds are available for purchases made through our online store.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included parts.

TryOn purchases

Our TryOn feature is provided as a shopping aid. A TryOn preview may vary from the physical product because of lighting, camera quality, screen settings, color reproduction, and the limitations of virtual previews. Using TryOn does not change your return eligibility, but a difference between a preview and the actual product is not by itself proof that the product is defective or incorrect.

Sports and safety products

For products such as cycling helmets and other safety-related sporting equipment, we can only accept a return if the item has not been worn, used, damaged, or exposed to an impact. For safety reasons, do not return an item that has been involved in an accident without first contacting us.

Items that cannot be returned

Used, worn, damaged, altered, or incomplete products
Products missing their original packaging, tags, accessories, or included parts
Items damaged through misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Final-sale or clearance items, where identified as final sale at the time of purchase
Gift cards
Any item that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons after use

How to request a return

Email app.tester57@shopify.com with your order number, the product you want to return, and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos of the product and its packaging. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or the return is otherwise required to be covered by applicable law. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. APPT 4 is not responsible for items lost in return transit when tracking is not available.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the information and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. Contact us before returning the item. We may ask you to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to post the refund after it has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Protection products

If your order includes Product Protection or Shipping Protection, those services may have separate claim or cancellation terms. Contact us at app.tester57@shopify.com for assistance with a protection-related request.

Applicable law

This policy applies to purchases from APPT 4 and is subject to the consumer rights and other requirements that apply in the customer’s location. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
